The old version was developed by Judy Mazel in the 80s. The new version wants us to eat and allow proper digestion of foods and drinks which then would allow maximum burning of the fat we eat. It still is a low calorie and low protein diet but eating at the right time of day and the right foods.
NutriSystem Diet
Headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania, is a company that produces weight loss products. It was started in 1972 to teach weight loss, weight management and nutrition. Based on the glycemic index low carb diet. Produces its own meals and ask you to buy your own additional food to supplement their meals like fresh fruit, dairy items and vegetables.
